K Bhojraj for Bridal Wear Sarees in Kolkata

K Bhojraj is a favourite destination for women who shop for both bridal wear and party wear sarees in Kolkata.

This is one Kolkata shop that keeps reviving the indigenous and signature style sarees from the various Indian States. They stock Kanjeevaram, Sambalpuri, Ikkat, Bhagalpuri, Tanchoi, Chanderi, Tussar & Uppada silk sarees. Each of the variety is very different kind of silk. Kanjivaram silk is from South India. Uppada & Jamdani weaving are similar. They trace the ancestry to Persia. Jam(flower) dani is a vase. Flower vase like patterns are employed in this technique. These traditional sarees are very graceful and subtle. Their collection makes them different from their competitors.

Although K Bhojraj is a small shop, they stock an excellent collection of sarees. The saree loving women of Kolkata are the target customers. The weaves and patterns are mostly traditional.
