Located in the first floor of the Hetal Arch building, you will simply not expect how such a wonderful showroom is tucked away from plain sight. Built with eclectic interiors, the store which started by primarily offering exquisite jewellery has now grown into a complete bridal house catering to both jewellery and trousseau needs for the bride-to-be. While this shopper was first taken through their regular collection, the truly exquisite pieces in the store came to light when Mr. Nakshtra Mehta (owner of the store) himself started showing some of the best pieces in the store. Being highly knowledgeable of his craft, he personally took time out to guide us through the gemstone and diamond jewellery in the store. From taking through the details of ethically sourced diamond jewellery by Forevermark to the detailed in-house craftsmanship going behind the gem storne jewellery, we learned quite a lot about the intricacies in the jewellery available at Mehta Emporium. The most attractive collection in the store is the kundan jadau pieces which are in the 2 Lakh plus range. The necklaces , braceltes and bangles are truly exquisite . Mehta Emporium launched the ‘Rare Heritage’ brand which now has a celebrity following and caters to complete needs of a bride-to-be. Bollywood actress Asin sported jewellery from the brand during her wedding reception. Actresses like Karisma Kapoor and Dia Mirza too have modelled for the brand.
