There are two Signoraa shops. One is on the main Nungambakkam High Road and the other, the Signoraa fabric shop, is in the lane adjacent to the main road.

There are some distinct and expensive cotton sarees that are available in the Signoraa shop. Further, on the first floor are a collection of chiffon, georgette, organza, tussar and Banarasi silk sarees. Signoraa is particularly known for their silk organza designer sarees. While the collection is limited, the selection is very good and again very distinct. The silk organza sarees are in the Rs. 5000 to Rs 10000/piece price range. Some of their silk sarees cost upwards of Rs. 15000/piece.

Finally, the Signoraa fabric store is a treasure house for fabrics. The fabrics can be used for salwar kameez, kaftans, blouses, gowns and whatever. Gone are the days when women wore plain cotton blouses or the blouses that came attached with the sarees. There is growing trend to wear distinctly attractive blouses now. It is not the saree alone, the saree blouse is also an important piece of garment that has to carefully planned and tailored.
As a matter of fact, the Signora fabric store is quite a large store. Plain cotton fabrics, Ikat fabrics, tie & die fabrics, Banarasi fabrics and fabrics with shiny sequins are all available here. The range is vast and collection is very good. The Banarasi silk and cutwork gold Banarasi fabrics are in the Rs. 1000/meter price range.
