The Spar Hypermarket in the basement .It is quite crowded at all times. Spar is one of the best shops in India for all kinds of household items . It is a partnership between the Dubai based Landmark Group and SPAR of Netherlands. They are present in several cities in India. They offer vegetables, fresh fruits, meat & poultry .
In addition, there is grocery, dairy products and utensils and dining & home essentials. This is one of the anchor stores.

Nalli silks is located on the ground floor. Along with RMKV , they are the preferred choices for Kanjivaram silk sarees in the mall. In other words, shopping malls in Chennai did not have shops for bridal wear silk sarees. It seems they do now.
