Ahujasons Shawl Wale is known for its exquisite collection of shawls, stoles and scarves in quality woollens like cashmere, pashmina, jamawar and kullu. Intricate Kashmiri embroidery, lace work and cross stitch embellish the soft fabric with colourful designs. Some of them carry Indian motifs and prints that range between the contemporary and the exotic. Plain stoles and shawls are either elegant in subtle shades or striking in eye-catching colours. Some others have minimal embroidery and are hence suitable day-wear, while others are transformed into fancy evening wear with a delicate sprinkling of sequins. Simple shawls cost between Rs. 3000 and Rs. 5000 each , while the superior cashmere and pashmina woollens with heavy embroidery cost a hefty Rs. 25,000 each. Mufflers start at Rs. 500 and go up to Rs. 2000 per piece.
