Kilol Fabrics Pvt Ltd, Greater Kailash 1

Known for traditional designs in hand block prints, Kilol Delhi came into being in 1986, when Mamta Mansingka experimented with hand-woven borders of the Maheshwari sari and embellished them with hand-block prints of Jaipur. And lo and behold, the Kilol Fabrics sari was born. It is now available in Kota, Chanderi, Tussar silks and Tussar cotton blends as well. The shop which originated in Madhya Pradesh is now a countrywide chain. It sells saris, stitched and unstitched suit pieces in hand-woven cotton, terry voile, and silk – Tussar, Chanderi and Maheshwari; Kurtis and stoles.

There are some jewellery pieces as well. The shop is uncluttered and spacious. Bedcovers, quilts, cushion covers and towels with bright Sanganer prints stand apart. The items are beautifully organized and neatly displayed and it is a pleasure to shop here. They have an outlet in Gurgaon as well.
